Bakers of Tomorrow is a French micro bakery in Georgetown, TX that produces hand crafted baked goods made fresh daily from scratch.

We pride ourselves on quality ingredients that are simple, organic, natural and 100% plant based without compromising on flavor and authenticity.

Bakers of Tomorrow was started by our baker Fanny in 2021 out of need to find specialties that she missed from home back in France and that would fit her vegan lifestyle.

With a big appetite for authentic French baked goods and little to choose from, Fanny started recreating her childhood favorites while making them plant based, healthier and suitable to people with certain allergies. From her desire to share her creations beyond friends and family, the bakery was born.

Bonjour, I am Fanny !

I have always had a passion for baking and hosting food parties. In 2021, I created Bakers of Tomorrow so I can share my love for food with you.

When I am not getting busy in the kitchen, you will find me growing vegetables in our community garden or checking out a local farmers market.
